Introduction

The Emerging Chairs Programme Course is designed to equip emerging leaders within NGOs with the essential skills, knowledge, and strategies needed to effectively chair their organizations.
Over five days, participants will delve into key topics relevant to effective leadership, governance, and management within the NGO sector.
